Hydrate hydrate hydrate!
This is very important to remember! You need water to live and be active. It is an essential part of your day.
I started drinking the recommended (at least 8 glasses) a day three years ago and I can see a difference.
- My body digests better
- If I am sick all I need is sleep and water to feel better
- I don’t find my NEEDing water anymore I just drink it more regular as a habit
- When I stop my urine goes back to a weird yellow (TMI sorry)
- My legs cramp up if I stop drinking as much water a few days in a row
Look at a glass of water as thirsty as my dog does in the picture above 🙂
